By accessing or using the website and services of The Projekt Co. (operated by The Projekt Co., a Delaware LLC), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
The Projekt Co. provides design services including but not limited to website design and development, brand identity, graphic design, pitch deck creation, and related creative and strategic services.
All fees are due in full before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not offer payment plans or deferred billing unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.
All sales are final. No refunds under any circumstances. Payment is collected in full before work begins. We invest significant time, resources, and strategic attention from the first day of every engagement.
This applies to all services including but not limited to design, development, strategy, and consulting engagements.
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of all final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. The Projekt Co. retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio unless a separate NDA or confidentiality agreement is in place.
We treat all client information as confidential by default. For engagements requiring formal confidentiality agreements, we are NDA-ready and will execute agreements prior to project commencement.
The Projekt Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
