Payment is collected in full before work begins. We invest significant time, resources, and strategic attention from the first day of every engagement. Because of this, all sales are final. No refunds are issued under any circumstances.
This applies to all services including website design, brand identity, graphic design, pitch decks, consulting, and any other creative or strategic engagement.
If you are unsatisfied with the work, we will work with you to make it right within the agreed scope. Every project includes revision rounds as outlined in your project agreement. We do not charge for revisions within the original scope.
Revisions beyond the original agreement are billed separately and communicated before work begins. We will never surprise you with an invoice you did not expect.
If a dispute arises, we prefer to resolve it through direct conversation. We are a small team and we take every client relationship seriously. If we cannot reach a resolution, disputes will be handled according to the terms outlined in your project agreement.
