Running the same studio since 2012. Small on purpose. Senior only. Every project handled by the people who founded it. Las Vegas, working worldwide.
We started The Projekt Co. because we kept seeing the same thing: businesses that were genuinely great at what they do, represented by websites and brands that made them look unfinished.
That gap costs real money. Not in some abstract way. In the "people check your site before they call" way. In the "your competitor looks more legitimate even though you are better" way.
So we built a studio around fixing that. Small on purpose. Senior only. The same people on every project, from first conversation to final deliverable. No juniors learning on your budget. No handoffs to someone you have never met.
Crystal is the design authority at TPC. Every website, every brand system, every pixel that leaves this studio passes through her.
She works from instinct. She will look at a brand, a site, a deck, a room, and see what is missing before most people have registered what is there. The standard is simple: the work either communicates instantly or it does not ship.
She taught herself everything. Photoshop, Illustrator, typography, motion, development, from a one-bedroom apartment in Las Vegas starting in 2012. No art school, no agency pedigree, no safety net. Thirteen years later, she has set the visual language for businesses across real estate, hospitality, fitness, lifestyle, and entertainment.
Justin runs the operational side of TPC. Client relationships, front-end strategy, and every system behind the scenes that lets a two-person studio deliver at the level of a full agency.
He thinks in structures. Before any of this was digital, he taught himself to build with his hands, then built the house he and Crystal live in. Framing, finishing, wiring, the whole thing.
That same instinct — start from zero, understand how the pieces hold, put them together so they last — is how he runs the studio. The systems, the scopes, the client relationships, the whole operation was built the same way the house was. From scratch. Load-bearing.
Sloane is the first person most new TPC clients hear from. She handles every inbound inquiry, every partnership conversation, and the quiet work of making sure the right projects land on Crystal and Justin's desk.
She thinks like a producer, not a salesperson. Her job is not to close you — it is to figure out if TPC is the right fit, route the conversation to whoever should actually be having it, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks between the first email and the first call. She reads briefs the way an editor reads manuscripts: for what is being said, and for everything the sender is not saying yet.
Before TPC she spent years in project operations across creative studios and hospitality, which taught her that good partnerships are not found, they are filtered. She leads every conversation with one question: will this project make both sides better? If the answer is yes, you get connected to Crystal and Justin within a day. If the answer is no, she will tell you honestly.
Small, by design. Run the same way since 2012.
Tell us what you are working on. A call, an email, whatever works. We will get back to you within a day.
Usually back within a day.
